We're half way through the week 🙌 if you're in need of a breather @yogi.barre will be hosting another breathing session for us tomorrow morning. 🧘🏾‍♂️ 'Breathing to be happy' will look at how achieving a sense of underlying contentment and satisfaction does not necessarily manifest itself as a wide-smile 😃, explosive sort of happiness. Rather, it is a connection to something innate within us, leading us to this genuine sense of satisfaction and reconnection with our mind’s happy state. ☺️ Sound good? 🧘🏾 This month @yogi.barre has kindly offered to do another breathing session for the WYMM community. 👆🏾Join us tomorrow morning (3rd Aug) at 9am for The Essence of Presence. ⏰ The session is only 20 minutes and will focus on allowing ourselves to just be, by using our breath, to relax into the moment and release the thinking and worrying that often pre-occupies our minds. Releasing self-judgement and the need to be anything other than our true-selves 💁

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery. But today is a gift. That is why it’s called the present!
